Plasma technology

Real plasma, not a light show

Inside the glass is a low-pressure mix of noble gases. A high-frequency electrode at the centre excites it, and the filaments you see are streams of glowing plasma reaching for the edge of the globe — the same physics as a full-size plasma lamp, built small enough to sit in your console.

Fit

Sits in the socket you already have

It runs off the standard 12 volt cigarette-lighter socket — the one already in your dashboard or centre console. Spring contacts hold it square, so it doesn't lean or lose contact over bumps.
